Whilst we were in the hotel car park we were in fact parked a good 500 metres or more from the reception desk which could only be reached through a rabbit warren of elevators and stairs. The car park itself is a total nightmare. If you’ve rented out the rooms, surely you allocated the parking. It had been a big day, a five hour drive and we arrived to find valet parking was full. Yes valet parking is always available was the response from the bookings lady. When booking we enquired about parking as it had been mentioned to be difficult.
